On the edge of an eight acre Apple Orchard at 4550 Gravenstein Hwy. North, in Sebastopol, sits Mom's Apple Pie. Since starting
business in 1983, Betty Carr "Mom" has seen some changes occur at her little pie shop.
In the beginning, Mom would bake and sell
one Apple Pie per day. Now she offers a varety of fruit and cream pies, and sells many more a day. However, one thing hasn't
changed - Mom's Homemade quality. Mom uses natural ingredients and prepares each pie by hand.
Most recently, Mom has renovated and expanded
her little pie shop, creating a pleasant atmosphere both inside and out, boasting views of vinyards and apple orchards along
the Gravenstein Highway.
